Christopher is a home owner and landlord in Glen Park, while Michael resides in the Mission Dolores district.  Our office is between the two, in the heart of Noe Valley.  Just over the hill lies the vibrant Castro neighborhood (known on the real estate map as Eureka Valley) where both diversity and cohesion are found including a strong gay and lesbian community.

Also high on our list of great areas:

The Mission District, which retains much of its Latin heritage, has expanded and appeals to many new comers; SOMA (South of Market St) and the Central Waterfront are also burgeoning areas that offer a variety of real estate, from modern hi-rise to historic Victorian, and Bernal Heights, which has the charm of a small-town community.  In the geographical center of San Francisco, these areas are always popular: NOPA (north of the Panhandle), Hayes Valley, and Alamo Square.  All of these areas are centrally located in the city and provide easy access to transportation (including shuttle buses from major companies located on the peninsula such as Genentech and Google), and generally sunny and warmer microclimates.

San Francisco is made up of many unique neigborhoods and we are happy to show you homes and investments throughout the city.  We also provide a wealth of resources from mortgage contacts to movers to floor refinishers.  We welcome inquires and are happy to share our references.  Phone us or email, our contact info is on this page!

Christopher Sharpe

Before entering the arena of real estate I received my master’s degree in architecture from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts Architecture School in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Michael Hopkins

Michael Hopkins was a member of Zephyr’s top-producing Rob Rogers/Ken Eggers team. Joining in 2000, he has had hands-on experience with over 300 successful transactions representing both buyers and sellers. Trained by highly regarded professionals, Michael has experience in the many phases of residential real estate transactions, from initial search to close of escrow! Partnering with Christopher Sharpe in 2008, we are able to give double the service and support to our clients.

With an emphasis on listings, Michael will help you prepare your property for sale to present it in the best possible light, and guide you to the right price for the marketplace. He will assist you in completing disclosures related to the transaction, coordinate pre-sale inspections, staging, painting, gardening, and handyman projects, be it a major re-vamp or simply rearranging and editing a property to be shown to its best advantage. Michael stays abreast of market trends, and tours properties extensively to stay current with pricing, availability, sales, and even design trends!

Michael is available to show prospective buyers properties that meet their needs and desires.  He helps them to develop a reference bank of information based on location, amenities, and price values when comparing listing prices with final sale prices.  The final decision a home buyer makes often is determined by this experience and sometimes is quite different from where they start.
